W2 Freedom, LLC manages the Community Bank Strategic Equity Fund, LLC. The W2 Freedom team is comprised of experienced professionals in the financial services industry, who, on an aggregate basis, have over 90 years of experience in bank management, bank investments, bank acquisitions and investment banking.
Mr. Arnold serves as the Chief Executive Officer and a director of W2 Freedom, LLC. Mr. Arnold has 25 years of banking experience, which includes 15 years S&P 500 public company experience as an Executive Officer plus 10 years in community banking. He is a founder, bank holding company director and principal shareholder of WCB Bancshares, Inc., a de novo banking organization located in St. Paul, Minnesota, and has significant experience in mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, asset liability management, capital management and valuation work for banks and thrifts. Mr. Arnold led the American Bankers' Asset Liability and Investment Management school for a number of years at the University of Colorado. He has significant operating experience in strategy, recruiting and management in all banking activities. Mr. Arnold received a BSBA in Finance and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of North Dakota.
