The W2 Freedom team is comprised of experienced professionals in the financial services industry, who, on an aggregate basis, have over 90 years of experience in bank management, bank investments, bank acquisitions and investment banking.
Mr. Hess serves as a director of W2 Freedom, LLC. Mr. Hess is the founder and CEO of University Capital Strategies Group, LLC, a merger arbitrage and corporate event fund based in St. Paul, MN. He also has completed numerous consulting engagements with fortune 500 financial service companies. Mr. Hess was a Professor of Finance, Ohio State University and the University of Minnesota and received his PhD from University of Chicago.
